In ARC Tokyo Japanese Language School, with the objective of constant improvement, we conduct surveys at the end of every school term, to learn what students think about classes and their experience in school. The ideas thus collected are used to ameliorate our service. So far, the school has been able to keep students’ satisfaction above 90%, but students and staff members take students’ opinion modestly, and use them as reference to improve the school, its teaching offer and approach to international students.
